What's in our chocolate?
The chocolate is handcrafted in the Ribble Valley from quality Belgian Chocolate. Our milk chocolate has an impressive minimum cocoa solid of 33.6 % and cocoa butter 24.0%.Our white chocolate has a minimum cocoa solid
content of 28% with a cocoa butter content of 20%. Our dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 53%
It would be possible to commission fair trade or organic chocolate for specific orders.
We cannot guarantee that any of our products are nut free. Our chocolate is printed with an edible ink.
Various edible designs are available and you can even commission Joy to produce a piece of chocolate art to grace a special card of your choice. Chocolate greeting cards make and excellent corporate gift, certainly something to remember!
